Meet John Howard and Nathan Worsley, proud co-owners of Made in the Shade Greenville, serving Greenville, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. Together, they bring a shared passion for quality products, strong customer service, and the opportunity to own and grow a local business that enhances the lives of their clients.
John has a background as a new home construction superintendent, giving him valuable experience with homes, building details, and the importance of quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his two dogs and two cats, as well as playing golf and disc golf.
Nathan is a graduate of North Carolina State University and brings a diverse background in hands-on service, management, and construction. After college, he spent eight years installing and maintaining rose gardens with Witherspoon Rose Culture before moving into a management role with IFCO, where he oversaw containerized pine tree seedlings. He later transitioned into construction as a superintendent with Adams Homes, working alongside his business partner, John.
Nathan and his wife have two daughters, ages 9 and 4. His oldest loves art and dancing, while his youngest enjoys playing outside and dancing, too. Nathan loves being a father and spending time with his family. When time allows, he also enjoys outdoor activities, especially fishing.
As co-owners, John and Nathan are excited to bring beautiful, high-quality window treatment solutions to homeowners throughout Greenville and the surrounding communities. Their goal is simple: to provide products and service that make homes more comfortable, functional, and beautiful.
